Celebrating love by way of flowers is what we’re here for, and providing a beautifully unique botanical setting for your wedding is our sweet spot. Our wedding clients receive our full attention and dedicated support as we bring your vision to life. 

To provide each client with great attention to detail and support, we accept a limited number of events per year. Our full-service wedding services (including team on-site to install and breakdown) begin at $8k. If you’re looking for something smaller, feel free to reach out about a custom delivery-only elopement package.

Our Process

  • 01 | Inquire

    You’ve found us! After we receive your inquiry, we’ll be in touch within 2 business days to confirm our availability and schedule a time for an initial phone consultation. This call is all about you!  We want to hear your unique couple story, your vision for your wedding, any details you have already decided on, your favorite colors, etc.!

    After our conversation, our wheels are excitedly turning as we begin to partner your story and vision with our expertise. It’s time to dream up a unique conceptual design for your wedding!

  • 02 | Dream

    As we’re dreaming, we develop a mood board + estimate that captures the basis of your event design. A sneak-peek, if you will, of the botanical beauty that will adorn your wedding. Think color scheme, primary flowers, some inspiration images, and an estimate for the total cost. You will receive this within one week of our call and then we’ll touch base to hear your thoughts and any adjustments desired.

    Please note: A 20% deposit is required after this point to reserve our services for your date.

  • 03 | Design

    Once we’re officially working together, we’ll begin on a detailed proposal that will serve as our floral blueprint for your event. We’ll outline the key botanical ingredients in your design plan, each floral piece needed, and any additional special touches, like silk ribbon or vintage vessels. We’ll include inspiration images and descriptions so that you’re left with a clear vision of your wedding florals.

    Then the real fun begins! Using the proposal, we begin to source all the product for your wedding, always working to source sustainably and locally wherever possible. We’re in touch with local farmers, wholesalers, and suppliers months before your event to ensure that the best product is chosen and ready for your special day.

    Please note: Changes or additions to the proposal are welcome up until one month before your event. At this point, a 50% payment is due, as we place our final orders.

    On the week of your wedding, we’re busy behind-the-scenes receiving and preparing all flowers and designing! You can trust us to put our full heart and creativity into each piece.

  • 04 | Celebrate

    The day is here! We’ll deliver and set-up all the pieces of your floral design plan. You’ll likely not see us — we think of ourselves as flower fairies, working quickly behind the scenes to set the stage for your big day. (Of course, unless you’d like a hug when we deliver your bouquets...we can make that happen!) 

    If you’ve secured our team for breakdown, we’re waiting in the wings as the last song is playing with a dedicated strike crew to carefully break down and compost your florals, following venue requirements and timelines. (If you’d like to discuss repurposing your flowers after your event, or preserving your favorite pieces, let us know! We would genuinely love to do that for you and make sure your floral investment is worth every penny.)

    Please note: The final 30% payment is due 7 days before your wedding.
